The HAAC Conference Tournament will be held at Phil Welch Stadium in St. Joseph, MO, May 5-8. The Pioneers will face Lindenwood in the first round of the 6-team double-elimination tournament on Wednesday at 4:00 PM. Lindenwood is the top seed in the East division and finished with a 38-14 (20-8 HAAC) record. The Pioneers are the #3 seed in the West and are 22-22, 15-13. In the regular season, the Pioneers were swept at Lindenwood, 13-4 and 2-1. In game 2, Harrison Helms (who will start on Wednesday) threw 6 innings of 4-hit ball with 10 strikeouts, but picked up the tough-luck loss as MNU managed just one run.
